Texas REALTORS® has launched the Legal Briefs video series, where staff attorneys answer common questions they hear from REALTORS® like you. The association has produced four videos with more on the way each month. Watch short explanations of the following:
- Backup contracts: Delivering the earnest money and option fee
- Backup contracts: Termination
- Failure to deliver earnest money
- Closing dates and contract expiration

Where is the link for ALL the Vimeo that Texas Realtors has done? I found one about paperwork course training that was 3 hours long and cannot find it again. Have searched all over the web and this website to find it. Was done about one year ago. Think it was Jodi Sherretts.
