We rented our property to a 3 generation family 3 yrs ago. The seniors were the lease signers and the others are listed as occupants. The seniors have found housing they can afford and have moved out. The remaining occupants are looking for housing but are not gainfully employed. We received a partial payment in November but nothing since then. Do we have any recourse since they did not sign the lease ?
What happens if your seller dies before closing?
Is a flat screen TV mounted on the wall considered part of the home when you are listing the home?
I always thought the bracket needs to remain with the home but NOT the TV.
If the Buyer wants to keep the TV, I have always made sure we had a Non-Realty Items Addendum to cover the TV.
Buyer’s agent is telling me a TV mounted on the wall is considered a built-in on the home.
Can you advise?

Hi, I have realized that my papers from the mortgage company have a physical address on them. I called the tax office which told me that there had never been an addressed to that piece of property only the description from survey. Was this legal?
